Service on Saturday, February 24 will be held at the Prosper campus (2000 W Prosper Trail). We will not meet at Frisco East or stream this service online.

Project Serve is a great way to give back to the communities we live in. Each one is designed for Hope to corporately serve others in our church, community, and even our world! Along the way, our prayer is that we each discover how God can use us to serve others in the simplest of ways.
 
We invite you to serve in our community with your family, home group or individually. Our Project Serve events take place quarterly throughout the year.

PROJECT serve - Meals of hope

March 28-29

It’s Hope’s 13th year putting together food packets to send to food insecure areas around the world!! Join us on Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29 for our Project Serve Meals of Hope event at the Frisco East campus! We will be packaging a half a million meals in two days, and we need your help to pull it off. As always, we’ll have lots of music, a little bit of dancing and loads of fun as we serve others together. All ages are welcome! You can sign up as a family, go as a group of friends or come individually and make new ones!

CAPTAINS

To pull this event off, we need lots of Captains! Captains can help lead a table, help with registration, serve as a runner, or as a heavy lifter! A captain can be defined as someone who serves two shifts or more in one of the positions listed below.

  • Table - Table captains guide the packing of the food at their table as well as the fun!
  • Lobby- Lobby captains welcome, assist and guide all the participants as they arrive for their shifts.
  • Floor - This will be a good workout time! This crew will be busy making sure all the tables have enough product throughout the event.

Thursday night set-up

Project Serve Meals of Hope is Hope's biggest outreach event of the year, and we need your help! Our goal is to package over half a million meals and there's some work that has to be done beforehand to make this a reality!

Set up is Thursday, March 27 at 5:30 PM at the Frisco East Campus. We'll set up the tables, pull in the product and make sure it's ready to go for the Friday shifts!! We'll provide a quick grab-and-go dinner and hope to be done by 8:00 PM!

After The event

CALLING ALL MUSCLES!! Our Project Serve event is over, half a million plus meals have been packed up and ready to bless many children around the world. This is where you come in!!!! On Saturday, March 29, we need two teams to help get all of this completed.

You can choose between:
  • Assist in loading the boxes of meals and cleaning up the warehouse. Arrive at 12:00 PM.
  • Cleaning up and resetting the auditorium for evening service. Arrive at 12:20 PM.

The event is over at 12:30 PM and we hope to have all of this completed no later than 2:00 PM. We need all the help we can get!
